PROOF:Georgia started hostilities in South Ossetia

BBC Footage that the BBC conveniently ‘forgot about’ in its recent anti-Russian PSYOP War

Vodpod videos no longer available.

The BBC video here was aired two days before Russia intervened to stop Georgia’s ethnic cleansing operation in South Ossetia. It needs to be viewed by Bush, Condi, Robert Kagan, Charles Krauthammer, little Billy Kristol and all the neocons and their associated slavering bloggers and newspaper columnists calling for war against Russia, a nation bristling with thermonuclear weapons and an increasing desire to use the tactical variety of nukes against the United States, or rather its servile little clients such as Poland that are installing U.S. missile “defense systems” on Russia’s borders.

Forget neocon platitudes about the poor Georgians and their supposedly besieged “democracy” (i.e., their NED and CIA installed tinhorn dictatorship). As the video here demonstrates, the neocons support ethnic cleansers, butchers, snipers, child killers, and assorted psychopaths.

It really is quite amazing the BBC ran this report as it later put in extra duty to turn the entire event on its head and blame the Russians. So obvious are the outright lies and twisting of facts, the neocon propaganda outfit Sky News — owned by Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation, sort of a UK version of Faux News — “used the footage of Tskhinvali, which was literally ruined as a result of Georgia’s attacks, to make reports about the situation in the town of Gori, which the Russian aviation supposedly bombed,” according to Pravda. “The footage aired by the British TV channel was preceded with a picture of a road sign displaying the name of the town – Gori – written in Georgian and English languages. The report also said that a Sky News correspondent was reporting from the Georgian town.” Disgusting, although we can of course expect no less, as the point is to demonize Russia no matter the cost or the affront to reality.

Time
Time Magazine, an integral part of the CIA’s Operation Mockingbird, attempted to portray the Serbs as Nazi monsters. As it turns out, the man pictured with protruding ribs, Bosnian Fikret Alic, was “disturbed about the use of his image” to sell the U.S. and NATO mass murder campaign against Serbia.

All of this brings to mind the Trnopolje concentration camp hoax used to demonize the Serbs and pave the way to later bomb them with depleted uranium and laser guided munitions. Recall this hoax consisted of a photograph shot by Penny Marshall of ITN of a Bosnian Muslim “prisoner” interned behind barbed wire. As it turns out, the so-called prisoner was outside the supposed internment camp. “What became the picture that Mike Jeremy of ITN pegged ‘one of the key images of the war in the former Yugoslavia,’ (qtd. in Deichmann, p. 170) was, in fact, presented as to the Western world as something it was not, a concentration camp. The focus was on Fikret Alic, who’s protruding rib cage behind a fence conjured up images of Nazi death camps. This ‘death camp’ was a crude, sick lie and Fikret Alic, who survived the war, was disturbed about the use of his image” (see the Balkan Repository Project, The Criminal Race: The Demonization, Dehumanization and Criminalization of the Serbian People, Erin S. LaPorte, December 22, 1999).

The corporate media tried to perpetuated a Trnopolje trick in regard to South Ossetia and Gori, but this crude effort has fallen flat on its face, thanks to the Russian media, far more sophisticated then its Serb equivalent (not that the Serbs had a chance — NATO sent a cruise missile into Belgrade’s main TV station on 23 April 1999, killing 16 civilians and shutting down any possibility of media coverage able to counter the corporate propaganda onslaught).

It would seem a large number of people, at least Russians on the internet, no longer accept unquestioningly the corporate media’s spin and increasingly transparent fabrications. In regard to a poll posted on CNN’s website, the Media Channel writes:

Surprisingly, 92% of readers thought that the Russians were justified. Taking into account CNN’s boneheaded and overwhelmingly pro-Georgian coverage, the poll didn’t make any sense. Were sheepish CNN viewers actually using their brain? It didn’t seem likely. Well, the poll no longer appears on the site. It was taken down after charges of manipulation started surfacing. Apparently, Russian bloggers circulated the poll and called on Russians to let their voice be heard. And if there’s one thing CNN doesn’t like doing, it’s hearing what those damn Russkies have to say. CNN had no idea that this seemingly innocuous poll would demonstrate the huge rift in opinion between the West and Russia and underline the importance that information warfare has played in this conflict, not to mention show whom CNN was really rooting for.

Thanks to alternative news websites and bloggers, the corporate media no longer enjoys a monopoly in the information war. It is particularly sweet that the BBC’s own video may be posted on the internet, revealing that indeed the ethnic cleansers and thugs of the brutal little CIA created client state are responsible for the current situation, not Russia as the corporate media insists contrary to the facts.

  1. jeez, that’s scary and crazy at the same time.

    thanks for sharing this

  2. You folk in the US appear to have been so brainwashed by your media that many of you really have no idea about what happened in Georgia.

You should start reading US sites like Alex Jones’ Prison Planet and Infowars and watching your news on The Real News Network –not all that garbage on the tube like Fox, Sky and CNN. Also, try Freetube.com for international TV stations.

We are all being lied to in the West. That’s why it’s so important to use the alternative media on the Net such as the names given. There are many more.

My advice is to switch off the tube. It’s poisoning your mind.

  3. Truth about war in Ossetia that is overlooked by BBC and CNN

At 7 p.m. on August 8, the day when Olympics started, worldwide community heard from CNN and BBC news that Russian tanks invaded Georgia and that Russia started war with Georgia.

That the war had begun 16 hours earlier by Georgian president Sukashvili’s order these media preferred to pass over in silence.

But you have the right to know truth. That’s how this really happened:

According to old tradition of Olympic Games’ eve everyone was looking for peace and quiet. On August 7, Georgian and South Ossetian officials agreed to observe a ceasefire and hold debates in attempt to solve their long-term conflict peacefully.

    August 8, 00:06
Just hours later, six minutes past midnight on August 8, inhabitants of Ossetian capital Tskhinvali, peacefully sleeping in their beds, heard dreadful whizz of incoming rockets. The hell followed soon… Without any declaration Georgian forces launched massive shelling of Tskhinvali with all available means, including heavy artillery and multiple-launch rocket systems GRAD. In this massacre, in just several hours, the whole city was ruined: 2,000 human lives wasted and 85% of all buildings demolished. Georgian military expedition, called “Clean field”, yielded its first fruits…

    August 8, 03:00
Georgian army occupied five Ossetian villages, burning them to ashes.

    August 8, 03:30
Georgian tanks started attack on Tskhinvali. Ossetian militia stood up to the enemy but could not keep back 30-times outnumbering Georgian forces. Many basements where Ossetins tried to escape shelling were showered with grenades. At the very same time, Georgian “peacekeepers”, serving in South Ossetia, launched unexampled attack on their yesterday’s colleagues, Russian peacekeepers, managing to kill at least 10 of them.

    August 8, 04:33
Russia called for UN Security Council meeting to put a stop to Georgian military aggression and seize fire. No decision was delivered at neither this nor several following meetings.

    August 8, 09:00
Russian Prime Minister Putin informed President Bush that Georgia launched war against Ossetia. Mr. Bush answered that “nobody wanted this war”.

Ossetia was praying for help. It was already obvious that “clean field” meant nothing else but ethnical cleansing. In these circumstances, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev announced that Russia would defend Russian citizens who constitute 90% of South Ossetia population.

    August 8, 16:00
Russian forces overstepped mountain pass and made their way toward perishing Ossetins. That was exactly the moment when CNN and BBC finally “noticed” the war and broadcasted their «Russians invaded Georgia» scenes. Sukashvili announced that Russia invaded Georgia and held back that he started this horrible bloodshed himself.

Before midnight, Russian and Ossetian forces kicked aggressors out of Ossetian capital. Survived citizens started to leave basements to escape the city. In the next couple days around 30,000 refugees fled to Russia.

Failed Georgian assault turned to informational blackout and devilish propaganda. It’s time when so much depends on your personal position! I believe that there will be journalists who can give objective picture of these events. I believe in people of peace who will regard an attempt of massive extermination of small nation as genocide (3% of South Ossetins and 0.3% of all Ossetins worldwide were killed in just one night on August 8; fascists have never achieved that efficiency in exterminating Jewish people even when Auschwitz and Treblinka were working at full capacity). I believe in a world community that will view Sukashvili’s inhuman orders as war crime and an outrage on humanity. I believe in you, thinking person, able to confront with facts, person who will not follow barefaced propaganda of politicized and deeply corrupt media, person able to recognize truth!

  4. Good to hear from you, Andrey. Peace and Solidarity from the West!

Many of us are with you and support Mother Russia whose place should be, I believe, as a fully participating member of the European Union. I hope that it will happen. Russia is part of Europe where she belongs.

But we are still controlled by the gangster psychopaths who conducted a coup against the American people in two stolen elections. The myth of a ‘Free West’ is a terrible lie. In reality, the West is ruled by corporate capitalist (fascist) regimes who are by their very nature aggressive and forever looking for new enemies.

I am just one in the West who is truly ashamed of how it is treating Russia at present. Russia who saved the rest of Europe from Nazism through its immense sacrifice during WWII, symbolised by Stalingrad.

Russia has been victim to western aggression since at least the Bolshevik revolution. And it was conveniently used and manipulated by the Anglo-American fraternities (which stole much of the Czar’s gold reserves) in its double-war against its capitalist competitor, Germany.

The West is not to be trusted. Now, even Mikhail Gorbachev and Vladimir Putin realise that. Certainly, those of us who consider ourselves to be western dissidents, as I do, have no trust of the West, NATO or the gangsters ensconced in the White House! And we are in good company with Alexander Solzhenitsyn who also woke up to the game of encirclement that western governments –at the behest of their US masters– are playing.

One of my more recent articles is from Russia Today reporting on the recent concert given in Tskinvali in memory of the 2000 murdered by Saakashvili.

Saako is certainly a war criminal but I suspect that he’s also mentally unstable if not mad. If the West had any scruples it would be ashamed to be associated with such a lunatic.

But the fact is that the US was indirectly responsible for the genocide in Ossetia. How could it not be by arming the Georgians to the teeth with weapons?

The western mainstream media is attempting to brainwash its public with a barrage of lies and disinformation. Hence the importance of the alternative media such as this who struggle to put out the truth on the Internet. You can support us in Russia by ensuring that our articles of solidarity with Russia are distributed widely to a Russian audience who, like you, are invited to participate in our efforts.

    Best Wishes & Solidarity!
